I didn't start with a clear destination. Average student, no college plan, no money—just instinct to move forward. That led me to an Army recruiter. By day's end, I had enlisted.

10 years U.S. Army: Paratrooper and Psychological Operations Specialist. I learned how powerful the connection is between information, belief, and behavior. More importantly: what sacrifice, hard work, loyalty, and determination accomplish in dire circumstances.

Private sector sales: Large-scale bridge systems taught me the art of human conversations—not just transactions, but hesitations and real needs.

Back to school in my 30s: Earned my PharmD. Pharmacy school: critical thinking and rigorous scientific evaluation. Clinical practice: empathy and compassion.

Each chapter added something essential. Army: character. Sales: connection. Science: precision. Pharmacy: heart.

Hi, I'm Brittney Baskall, skin entrepreneur & co-founder of a skincare technology platform that's redefining how we care for our skin.

With ten years of experience in pharmacy, I've seen firsthand how essential care, precision, and education are in achieving real results. I understood how important care and education are when it comes to health, but when it came to skincare, I noticed a huge gap. People weren't being treated like patients with specific needs; they were being treated like consumers buying products off a shelf. Later, as we began exploring artificial intelligence and the potential of technology in healthcare and beauty, we discovered a way to bring those worlds together.

For years, I struggled to find products that truly worked for me. No matter how many formulas I tried, nothing seemed to address all of my skin's needs. As a mother, I've watched my own teenager face similar frustrations, and it reminded me how confusing and inconsistent skincare can be for anyone, at any age. That journey revealed something deeper — the skincare industry often treats everyone the same, when no two people's skin are alike.

I realized the problem wasn't me or my skin — it was the process. Skincare has never truly been personalized. Most products are created for the masses, not for the unique needs of each individual.
